We are excited to announce Art at the Park, a new community art competition and exhibition presented by the Kokosing Valley Arts Alliance in partnership with the Knox County Convention & Visitors Bureau and our local art galleries.
This summer event will showcase local creativity at the historic CA&C Visitor Center in Mount Vernon and celebrate the many talented artists who make our community so unique.
Artists of all ages and experience levels have been selected in the following categories:
• 2-D
• 3-D
• Multimedia
Selected artwork will be displayed during the public exhibition from July 10 through August 16, where visitors will also have the opportunity to vote for their favorite pieces in the Community Choice Award.
Whether you are a longtime artist or simply enjoy creating, we encourage you to be part of this exciting new event.
